Dellavalle Management INC was formed by founder and CEO Glen Dellavalle. Over the years since its inception, Dellavalle Management INC has become known to many as one of the best property management firms in the central Kentucky area.

Because of this commitment to customer satisfaction within the service industry, Dellavalle Management INC is well-respected throughout Lexington, KY and surrounding areas among both clients and professional peers/colleagues conducting business in these areas.

From a local, single-office-based property management company it has grown into a respected regional property management company, offering dependable, accessible and customized service to all clients.

With decades of experience in property management and operations, Glen Dellavalle established Dellavalle Management INC based upon a number of core principles.

These include a focus on the delivery of quality services to residents, the development of long-term relationships with customers and vendors, a commitment to delivering results through efficient management practices, and a belief in providing flexible and customized solutions to meet the individual needs of each property or community managed by Dellavalle Management INC.

Under his direction, Dellavalle Management INC has continued to grow while continuing to offer the same level of personalized service and responsiveness to clients which they valued from the beginning.

Leadership philosophy
Glen's approach to leadership includes establishing long-lasting relationships with both clients and staff members alike; adhering to strict service standards; and working collaboratively to design property management solutions that are specifically tailored to meet the unique requirements of each property and/or Community managed.

Under Glen's leadership, Dellavalle Management continues to grow. At the same time, Glen is diligent in assuring that Dellavalle Management maintains a level of personalized service and responsiveness to each client's needs that they have come to expect from Dellavalle Management.
